A berry tasty treat

As a blogger who regularly blogs about style; I definitely take health very seriously. Eating right and being fit (not skinny) is really important and I definitely go by the saying have breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.

I try and never skip breakfast even on busy mornings. My secret to a healthy breakfast for those hectic mornings: a simple berry smoothie that can be made in less than five minutes.


Simply whisk in a blender half a banana, 4-5 strawberries, 4-5 blueberries, a teaspoon of low-fat yogurt and about 200 ml of skimmed milk.

That’s it. Now, you can never make an excuse for missing breakfast 🙂
