Trying on a trend: Sea Salt Side braid

I love the charm of braids and although not good at creating different styles, I still try my hand at easy ones.

Giles’ SS14 teased side braids stunned the Front Row at the LFW. Here, I try it with minimal products and minimal time šŸ˜‰

After Washing and conditioning my dry hair, I slightly twisted my damp hair with my fingers.

I then spritzed on some Sea Spray Hair Mist by Lush.

Then I took my hair to one side and (opposite my hair parting) teased it with a teasing comb.

After dividing my hair in two parts, I twisted it slightly and put it one on top of the other like a rope. Ta da, it was done.

Final step was taking all the loose ends on the nape of neck and securing it with a pin.

My Verdict: It is an easy-peasy hairstyle that can be done in minutes with minimum products yet looks chic always. So thumbs up to this trend šŸ™‚

Thanks for reading. Have a great weekend. Do show me some love with your likes and comments or better still follow me, I follow back šŸ™‚
