Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah to all my lovely readers. Hope you had an awesome day and Santa spoiled you really well.
This year, after a very long time, all of my family (UK edition) was in UK and needless to say we celebrated Christmas with much splendour, some tasty grub, lots of laughter, singing, dancing and just the ride dose of madness. Rather than blabbering here, I would just let my pictures do the talking.
When we sort of twinned 😀

Waiting not-so-patiently to open the presents 😉
As I said in my previous post, this truly is a magical time and one filled with warmth and hope. The perfect time to count our blessings and realise that despite all the daily challenges we do have a lot to be thankful for too. 😀

It is the eighth day of December which means that Christmas really is around the corner. I am really thrilled because this will be the little one’s first Christmas. Safe to say that excitement is brewing. Speaking of excitement, when Next emailed me stating to participate in their #NextmasWishlist challenge, I could not say no. Next is definitely one of my favourite places to shop. I love the fact that you can get some fashionably forward pieces at a reasonable price. So, without further ado, here is my Christmas wish list or shall we say Nextmas Wishlist?
I love floor length dresses. They are perfect for the festive season with just the right amount of class and sophistication thrown in. So, this maxi dress with an interesting back detail (shown in the picture above) is on top of my list. As you probably know, I am having a cape moment and this knit look cape is perfect for winters and will stylishly carry me all the way through till Spring. One can never have too many ankle boots and I just cannot stop dreaming of this edgy berry number—perfect shade for Christmas.
For the mister:
My hubby loves his polo necks and blacker the better. I do not always approve of his black polo obsession so we have a middle ground—polo necks in other colors. Hence, this polo neck with interesting stripes can keep both of us happy. Keeping the polo style in mind, I also like this tartan inspired knitwear. I feel rather bad that I have been using his gym hoody for ages now, so this number will be a perfect gift for him.
For the little one:
The little one is turning out to be quite a fashionista; she loves her reds and pinks. Hence, I would pick this cat tunic as well as this red and white— perfect for Christmas—tutu dress set for her.
For the home:
No one can forget their homes on Christmas and I love to pick up beautiful yet purse friendly knick knacks for my humble abode from Next. Throws are perfect and much needed in winters. So, I would love to add this winter-inspired cozy throw to my Next inundated home. I would also love this plum rug perfect to keep our toes warm this Christmas.
PS: I have not been paid to do this post but it is part of a challenge. You can read more about it here.
