One of my favourite icons of all time Coco Chanel once famously stated, “Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.” After my maiden venture covering the first day, I am more than convinced.
London Fashion Week taught me:-
1) Rain or Shine, London loves fashion.
Even the Coffee Corner buzzes with style
people strutting in style
The fashionable people gearing up
This is fashion dedication
Headonism & Hedonism unlimited
2) They might be the least talked about people and probably under appreciated. But the staff and workers ensures that there is a method to madness plus in their black attire they were stylish. Period.
Ensuring things go smoothly
Facing chaos for the greater cause of Fashion
3) The Real Runway is Outside
Colours to break the greyness
Originality never goes out of Style
Once again Colour Riot
Imagination is the best accessory

So, yes there is more to fashion than clothes. There is art, culture, ideas, attitude and originality. Don’t you agree?
